The bacon, lettuce, & tomatoes are sourced from Green Meadow Farm in Gap and will be served on our focaccia, with a layer of sesame seeds baked into the crust. Our focaccia is made with a blend of organic local grains from Small Valley Milling in Halifax and ancient grain semola from Rustichella in Abruzzo. Made with Duke’s mayo
BLTs will be made in batches at 11:30 & 1:00. Pickup is recommended within 1 hour (ex. 11:30-12:30)
